2017 Clarksburg Chenin blanc

Picked in late August 2017 at 19 brix and pH 3.10. Blend of 66% whole cluster pressed wine and 33% skin fermented wine. Aged in neutral oak for 5.5 months with intermittent bâttonage. Native fermentation, no fining, no filtration, no other modifications or additions except SO2 at bottling: 20 ppm.

*Due to regulations, at this time I can ship to all states EXCEPT: AL, KY, MS, ND, NH, UT, VT. Wine will be shipped only when weather conditions are appropriate (typically Oct-May) in order to preserve the integrity of this temperature-sensitive product.

*Package must be signed for upon delivery by an individual 21 years of age or older. Please provide a shipping address where someone who meets those requirements is present all day (a work address is ideal!).
